Andy joined TalkTalk Business over 15 year ago, TalkTalk Business is a UK carrier with a 1.7bn turnover supporting over 800 Partners and 180,000 business customers. Andy’s responsibilities include fixed line and voice services, specifically inbound, his remit spans both direct and partner sales channels in addition to carrier services.
As TalkTalk is both an originating and a terminating provider with a UK wide network, Andy has been able to closely observe and assess the significant regulatory changes over recent years and the impact this has had on the market. Andy has worked closely with both internal teams and external customers to educate on these changes, including the EU directive from June 2014 re: pre and post sale calls, NGCS changes in July 2015,the FCA Announcement in October 2015 and 20 additional premium rate price points being added from July this year.
